Deposit can be made  by personal cheque,
Bank draft ( drawn on an Irish Bank) or Credit card.
(Owner will phone client for Credit card details)
Please make all drafts or cheques out to Beechwood Lodge Holiday Homes. 

After a deposit or full payment has been made, if a client cancels a booking for whatever reason, we reserve the right to apply the following cancellation charges.

We reserve the right to take a security deposit of 200 euro per holiday home.

Cancellation
More than 42 days deposit refunded less cancellation charge 50 euro

More than 42 days deposit less 50 euro

22-42 days                     60% of full payment 

8-21 days                       75% of full payment

Less than 8 days                     100% of full payment 

September 2006 bookings once full payment has been made and should a cancellation be made on the part of the client, refund will only be given on the days we have managed to rebook less expenses. Max 100 euro      

Payment for B&B
Within 72 hours         full payment 
Please note that for short notice bookings, once you give your credit details as booking security. The 72 hour cancellation policy applies.

Conditions of stay

We endeavour to keep the quality to a high standard, and we ask that clients play their part by leaving the homes in good condition.

We do our best to recycle our waste, your help would be appreciated by using the recycle bins provided.

We have a strict no smoking policy in all of our homes.

Any guest who does not respect this will be fined 75 euro, which will be donated to a cancer fund.

Unfortunately, although we love animals, we cannot cater for pets.

Electricity and ( gas, if applicable)  will be charged extra
Meter reading on arrival and departure

We ask you to show consideration to other guests during your stay excessive noise or partying into the early hours would not be acceptable.

Our aim is to help you enjoy a carefree, comfortable, and enjoyable stay with us.

We live on site, so are generally on hand should you encounter any problems. If we can be of further assistance to you during your stay, please let us know.
